Our school choir were very excited to sing at the switching-on of the Salcombe Christmas lights this week.

This year we decided to hold a Bake Sale to fund-raise for Children in Need.
Year 3 have had great fun this week practising their Tag Rugby skills in preparation for the South Hams Federation Tag Rugby Tournament next month.
On Tuesday our Key Stage 2 children travelled to Westpoint to visit the Farmwise exhibition. The children spent the day learning about arable farming, dairy farming, poultry farming, our environment, wildlife, conservation and recycling. The children especially enjoyed cuddling the new chicks and seeing the piglets. They were also fascinated by the bees and honey production and learning how to shear sheep!
Reception and Year 1 have been hunting for bugs!
We were delighted to see so many parents and members of our local community in church on Wednesday to celebrate our Harvest Festival.

As our academic year draws to a close, we have said farewell to our wonderful Year 6.
On Thursday our Year 6 children enjoyed a morning on the water canoeing with 'Singing Paddles'.
