This week we were very lucky to have Father Daniel come into school to speak to Classes 3 and 4 about 'Iconography'. The children spoke with Father Daniel about our own religious art and were very interested to learn about icons and how they changed over the years, particularly within different religions. The children were very intrigued to learn that paint used in iconography can be made using eggs!

On Tuesday and Thursday this week we welcomed the Pre-School children who will be joining us in September into Class 1.

This Friday our Year 6 children organised the 'Big Brekkie' in our church for Christian Aid.

Our Year 5 children enjoyed their first sailing session with Salcombe Dinghy Sailing this week.
Class 2 had a wonderful day in Salcombe on Wednesday when they visited the RNLI Station, had a trip on the LIfeboat, went onboard HMS Magpie and visited the Maritime Museum!
