As part of our learning about Remembrance Day and what it means, Charlotte brought in her

Great-grandfather's WWI medals to show us all.

 

As part of their Forest School learning, Class 2 have baked bread over an open fire.  Eating fresh bread with butter and jam is a lovely way to end a morning of outdoor learning.

The children have enjoyed performing their Christmas Nativity, 'A King is born' in church.

The children were delighted when the crew of HMS Magpie paid a visit to the school and explained to them all what their ship does.

 

 The children have great fun creating new sounds in their music lessons.
